Our Tuesday Women’s drop in is a safe place for women to make friends, share stories and skills with each other.
We provide access to the internet, tea, coffee, sewing, craft activities, help with job search for refugee women and practical support and advice for asylum seekers.
Women with no recourse to public funding are able to receive one to one support, register for housing and receive a food and toiletries parcel each week.
As part of the drop-in we provide women only ESOL classes delivered in small groups in a relaxed environment. Mum’s can bring along babies and pre school children provided they remove them if they are crying and disturbing the session.
We aim to offer a safe space and welcoming space for mums and their children, but please note this is not a creche.
