Open Door has a variety of houses and single rooms to rent to refugees who are working, studying or on Job Seekers Allowance:
All our houses are close to Middlesbrough or Stockton town centres
- Most of our rents are inclusive of all bills (except joint tenancies and family houses)
- We manage our own houses and are a social lettings agents providing a property management service for other landlords.
- Open Door helps its existing tenants to find their own house when they are ready in the future to move on
- We do not charge a bond but may ask for a small deposit which is usually the first weeks rent in advance
- We run a drop-in service for our clients (Mon-Friday 10.30-4.30) and clients can also access our Refugee Advice & Refugee Work Club.
