Our Office at Melbourne House is usually open 10:30 to 4pm on a Monday (except Bank Holidays) and 9:30 to 4pm Tuesday to Thursday.

We hold 3 weekly Drop-Ins:

•   Monday 10:30am - 3:30pm for Asylum seeker support, housing registration and registration for courses and making appointments for specific services.

•   Tuesday 10am - 1pm is our Women only drop-in for all services.

•   Wednesday 10:30 - 3pm for our Refugee Work Club, housing enquiries and registration for courses and making appointments for specific services.

If you arrive at Melbourne House and the Open Door shutter is down then please use the entrance marked Jubilee Church.
